WORKS WITH BIMMERCODE
Someone left a review and said it doesnt work for bimmercode didnt see it til after i ordered. That was a lie. Worked fine for my 2014 f30 for enhanced bluetooth ,power folding mirrors, and digital speedometer. For some reason i couldnt find the auto start/stop but im sure thats no fault of the wire

Works Awesome and Fast
This product had instant connection and worked flawlessly for my Stage 1 flash. Works with BM3. My wireless dongle would not connect to my iPhone any longer. This saved the day. Would highly recommend.

I use it for my boot mode 3 app and it works really well.

Did not work with Mhd or bimmer code. Cheaply made as well.
As stated didn’t work with either MHD tuner or BimmerCode. Also the Ethernet cable doesn’t click into the adapter it just sits in there and can easily be pulled out. This is a huge possibility to brick your ecu if it happens during a tune. Waste of money

Works great, just had to adjust some settings on my phone
This adapter worked great to change some settings on my 2018 x3 using BimmerCode and an iPhone 12 Pro. I initially had some problems connecting to the car but after turning off my WiFi, Bluetooth, and mobile data on my phone the adapter/app was able to connect without any issues.

Greta for tuners just wish the clips were easier to remove
I bought this OBD2 connector for my BMW M6 to use for tuning, and it works exactly as expected. Connection is stable, and I had no issues flashing tunes or reading data. Definitely a must-have tool if you’re doing any custom work on your car.The only issue is that the Ethernet clip is very hard to remove once it’s connected. It takes a lot of effort and feels like you might break something if you’re not careful. Not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of.Overall, great performance, just wish the connector design made unplugging a little easier.

BootMod3 compatible
works fine with bootmod3 no problems with my F30. Its easier to make fine tune adjustents using a computer, however it's more convenient to make changes on the fly with your cell phone.just plug into your obd2 port and into your phone. I don't see why there should be any limitations from one chassis to another.
