Holds Glock 19 well
Bought the XL, as I'm a bigger guy wearing 2xl clothing. I have a 40-inch waist, and the XL is nice for me. There is a bit of extra fabric when I put this on, so I might be able to get away with the large size. I just didn't want to chance it. Overall, this item holds my Glock 19 very well. I've had no issues with the firearm moving at all, it seems and has been very secure so far after months of use. It's rather simple to put on, and stays in place for the most part, make sure you put it on tightly or it might be loose & then move. For $30, this was a great purchase. Holds an extra mag & has another slot for another item if needed.

Feels like a tactical hug 🤠
I strapped this thing on and immediately felt like a secret agent… in sweatpants. It’s surprisingly comfy, super secure, and holds my Glock like it was born for it.As a responsible, law-abiding gun owner, comfort and concealment matter—and this holster delivers. Whether I'm at home, on private property, or legally carrying in permitted spaces, it stays put, stays discreet, and doesn’t poke, pinch, or make things awkward under clothes. It adjusts easily for different carry positions and outfits, and the retention strap and trigger guard give me added peace of mind.Bonus: it’s so comfortable, I sometimes forget I’m even wearing it.Downside: it can get a little sweaty after a while, especially in warmer weather or under snug clothing—but that’s the tradeoff for neoprene and body heat.Still totally worth it.

Disappointed
After doing a ton of research, I decided to go with this belly band holster to carry while I’m wearing my sweats and work out clothes. In new to the belly band holsters so maybe it’s just my lack of experience but here’s my two cents: First, I don’t find it very comfortable. While it does allow me to conceal carry wearing sweats and gym shorts, it can be obvious due to the thick Velcro strap. That same Velcro connection point is kind of bulky and isn’t exactly comfortable when jogging or sweating while being active in warm weather. This issue is amplified when adding an extra mag pouch.Second: Wile practicing my draw, I’ve found that it isn’t a smooth draw and tends to get hung up easily if not drawn at the right angle with the right technique. Of course this could be a huge issue for obvious reasons. Putting back into the holster takes 2 hands as well which isn’t practical.Third: Sweat! This is not sweat friendly. I admit, I sweat alot when I’m working out/running/etc when it’s warm out so take this as you will… I find this very uncomfortable to wear when I start sweating. I quickly realized that the best approach for me when using this, is to have an undershirt to wrap this around. I don’t wear two t-shirts so when I’m wearing active wear, this isn’t ideal for me. I’d deal with the discomfort before wearing a second shirt which is a lose - lose for me.Conclusion: While this does allow me to conceal while wearing my gym clothes/sweats, this isn’t the ideal set up for me. I’m sure this will be different for others but I wouldn’t recommend.

FAR Better Than I Thought!
I thought this would be just another Spandex-type wrap-around with an additional slot to use as a holster... I was wrong! This does wrap around, secured with Velcro, like a Spandex wrap, but the quality is far better than just a plain brace wrap. The holster is integrated into the belt with a very positive snap closure. The magazine pouch is adjustable with a new form of Velcro I have never seen (It sticks anywhere on the wrap, but doesn't have the Velcro feel to it). I have sub-compact handguns up to full size, military-issue (all steel) handguns. I tried them all in this holster.EVERY pistol I have, from my tiny .22 Derringer to my Browning Hi-Power and Tokarev military surplus pistols, fit into the holster, nice and snug (I don't know how they did that). The magazine pouch holds my single-stack Tokarev magazines or even a 13 round double-stack (I can fit two Tokarev single stack or one double-stack Hi-Power mag in the pouch). The mag pouch has a Velcro strap to adjust for thickness or length of the magazine and holds them in snug, but not too tight where it is tough to pull out. I turned the magazine pouch upside down when carrying one mag for easier swapping of magazines (old habit)... even with a fully-loaded 9mm, 13 round steel magazine, the inverted carry is secure. The strap holds it snug, releases with a tug on the strap and the mag still holds until I pull it out (I wouldn't say it is equal to a competition plastic/polymer mag holder, but this is for concealed carry, not competition).Regardless of which pistol I choose to conceal carry, or where I need to have the rig on my body, the belt allows me to pull it up to my armpits or around my thigh (IF I wore a skirt... I don't, but I tried to see if it would work, it does). Whether it is up under my armpits or around my waist, even with a Tokarev or 1911 or the Hi-Power, this does not print - the good thing about the holster design is the snap strap holding the pistol in the holster - It can be positioned to positively lock your pistol regardless of the shape of the handgun. I can confidently carry in "Condition One" with the 1911 or Tokarevs. The strap can be placed between the hammer and firing pin with a round in the chamber, safety on and hammer cocked. Regardless the size of pistol, that holster strap holds the weapon in place.I totally recommend this "Belly Band" holster for anyone who is lawfully carrying concealed. I have custom leather twin shoulder holsters for my Hi-Powers and my Tokarevs that cost over $200 each. In order to use them, I have to dress a specific manner to have them be accessible. This Belly Band holster puts my twin rigs to shame, being able to be used as an underarm shoulder rig or a belly rig (appendix carry, belly carry, anywhere and any position on your torso). The band is comfortable and does not pinch or scratch. For discreet conceal carry, this product is ideal for one-pistol carry without having to wear a baggy jacket to keep from printing. I wore a plain T-shirt to a dentist visit and the dentist/assistants never noticed I was armed. It's a great band/holster.Recommend 100%
