You are not going to impress anyone but it does the job
I've never had anyone say they like my hat, but I have had people say they wish they had it when it's raining. After several months of owning this hat it looks on my head just like it did when I took it out the flat Amazon envelope it ships in. If you are looking for something inexpensive, that looks inexpensive, but keeps your head dry this just might be for you.

Completely waterproof, but slightly on the small side
My head circumference is 23.5 inches, and I'd say the hat fits snugly. I almost wanted to return it at first, but got used to it after a bit. I imagine the band does loosen slightly, but I would not buy this if your head is larger.Other than that, it's great! Completely waterproof, lightweight, easily crushable and packable - you can stuff it into a large pocket. It's well constructed, good strap, and fairly stiff brim.I bought this hat to walk in the rain with, and it's pretty much perfect for that. It's a really good deal for the price, but I do wish it was just slightly larger.

Kewel bucket hat
I need a good rain hat. I am bald and hate the sound of rain drops thwacking on my scalp. I have been very happy with the Frogg Toggs rain suit I own. It is light, comfortable, has a hood and folds easily to store in the pouch. The rain hat is also great. It is affordable (something I cannot say about Tilleys.) That is important because if I lose it, I will not fret the replacement cost. It also fits my head very well and the draw string easily tucks above the brim. It is also breathable--essential in Houston (Hate the 'Stros, huh? Well, no Houstonians care.) where, during the summer, the temperature is often over 100 degrees and the humidity is brutal. Oh, asso, the camo design makes me look like a gun-packing Texan, who has a pmped out Ford F450 pickup that is never used to carry any thing in the bed, becuz it might chip the paint.

Great for wet weather
Works great in the rain. Lightweight and easy to take with you

Lightweight and water resistant, but not too comfortable
This hat, as advertised, is lightweight and waterproof. However, it has a crinkly, plastic feel, which I did not find very comfortable. My husband likes it, though, and "stole" it from me, so maybe this is a personal preference.
