An excellent book for nurses who are considering moving away from bedside care
Moving away from 3 decades of working at the bedside with patients was a difficult decision. I took Deanna Cooper Gillingham's online course as a way to learn more about case management since I felt it was an excellent way to put my skills and knowledge to work in a new way.I was thrilled when she also created a practical guide to Case Management that can be used by a new case manager to support and guide in an extremely clear and useful way. I can't say enough good things about this book and hope that Deanna will also consider doing a series of guides on other case management subjects.

Absolutely a must have for all case managers!
This book is an absolute must if you are in case management. Very well written and thorough. Covers all details and serves as a great resource book. I wish I would have had this book when I first started out in case Management. Nevertheless, this book is great for all levels in case management, from novice to expert! I will definitely encourage other case managers to get this book. Great job and thanks so much for making our lives as case managers much easier to understand. ❤️
