Oldie but goodie
This is obviously an older video card but it worked perfectly for an older Asus pc with Windows 10. The pc did not have onboard video so when the expansion video card was dead so we had no way of knowing the state of the OS. This card came up and displayed video with default windows drivers. We were then able to install the most recent 2016 drivers. Good ol’ GeForce!

Great video from this card
My old computer would not give a good picture on my new monitor. It was a VGA hookup to the monitor. Since the onboard motherboard video did not put out the required resolution, the picture was flattened out and looked terrible. After I added this card, the picture resolution went way up and the video was great. This card allows you to hook up with VGA, DVI or HDMI. Great card. By the way it is a full sized card, but it comes with spacers where you can make it work in a low profile system.

Great for vintage media desktops
So, I mostly use this graphics card for basic HDMI input for my vintage multimedia PC build. I run Windows XP Media Center Edition as my primary operating system. This card is capable enough to play videos at HD and small enough to fit in a small space. My desktop is a Mini-ITX form factor desktop, and this fits perfectly in the small space within the desktop. I wouldn't use this to run any games unless they are older games. I have tried some of my old CD games on it and they run perfectly fine. The only concern is that when running YouTube videos, the videos slow down a little bit, but eventually catch up. This card isn't anything special, but good for basic tasks such as watching/listening to some videos, music and more. Color output is also great on this card. This is a low-profile card, which means it is good for small spaces and fully meets my requirements. When I get a more serious multimedia machine, I will upgrade to a higher spec'd card such as a GTX 1060 or something around there. Overall, this is a great card, assuming you aren't going to do much intensive processes on your PC.(Also, don't forget to install the drivers for the card. Mine did not come with a CD with the software for it, so I had to go and find it online, but it is there and supports OS's from Windows XP-Windows 7 I believe.)

A GPU for the Rest of Us
The GeForce 210 is not for today's gaming. But when my higher-end graphics card failed and the integrated one was not working at all for some reason, this cool, thin, and simple GPU saves the day and I do not have to plop down hundreds for it.I no longer game, so I only needed a GPU to, well, interact with my machine. This is an excellent fit and price for those who simply need their PCs for everyday things.Oh and installation is a breeze. Took me longer to open the case than it did to get the system back up and running. The drivers installed through Win 10 as soon as I booted the PC up.

DELL XPS 8700 Dual Monitor works great but there is a trick to it. No more black screen and 5 BEEPS.
DELL XPS 8700 Windows 8.1 this card works just fine for dual monitors. But you will need to go into BIOS and disable secure boot mode. I used the onboard graphics while setting this up. I used the HDMI plug (it has a cap hiding it, just pull the cap out and plug in your HDMI TV or monitor). Take your graphics card OUT when doing this. Restart you your computer and Hit F2 when you see the Dell splash screen. Now arrow over to BIOS and change the setting to disable secure boot mode. Exit and restart your computer. Now shut down the computer and put in the new graphics card hook up the HDMI TV and monitor and restart. You should now be good to go.BLACK screens and 5 Beeps!I started out assuming I could just plug and play. But I ended up with black screens and was getting 5 beeps. People kept saying the 5 beeps meant the battery on the mother board was bad or needed to be reseated. That is if you get 5 beeps over and over not 5 beeps and then stops. Luckily I could put my old card back in to do the research. I did not realize there was an onboard HDMI hook up on my DELL until I kept exchanging the cards in and out. I had a hard time getting rid of the drivers I loaded from the start, I used the CD that came with the card. But with the drivers loaded the method above would not work. I had to delete them first which I could not do without the card in place and could not see the screens with the card hooked up to the motherboard. I ended up refreshing my computer to a date before I bought the graphics card and could start from scratch.I have been using this MSI Geforce 210 for a couple of weeks now and I am very happy with it. I did not want to spend a lot since I am not a gamer.I just wanted to be able to watch movies on my big screen.

Very Cheap Noisy Fan!
This was a very cheap board, but even at that, I feel I got less than what I paid for. I upgraded the monitor on an older system and needed a card with HDMI output. I Plan to replace the whole system in the next year, so I didn't want to spend a lot on the video card. A little less than 3 MONTHS after purchase, the bearings in the fan are worn out and it makes a horrible buzzing noise on startup every time. After several minutes it warms up and the buzzing stops--for now. I have to say that this is one one of the cheapest fans I have ever seen! I am a tech so will try to rig an external fan to get me by. Very low quality product.
