Fit as expected
These do work and give support. I now have two pairs. I do feel they are too expensive however hence the 4 stars instead of 5

Game Changer
Due to being so uncomfortable and feeling pretty miserable, I researched some products and saw these. Bit sceptical due to cost.Having recently changed my job where I would need to stand for long periods I was worried about not being able to manage. So I have had the item now for two weeks and they seriously make a difference, they are not bulky so not noticable under tight garments. I used the measure guide and they fit perfert, they need to be snug. They give a decent amount of support to the point when you take them off at the end of the day you notice it straight away, I have shower and put them back on sometimes until bed if I'm not going to be sat down.I wear a pair of briefs underneath so they don't need washing so often - I would confidently recommend these for prolapse - I will order another pair!

Best thing since sliced bread
I have a cystocele and I cannot honestly rate these pants highly enough. I van, for the first time in a LONG time, walk around without having to adjust my.nether regions, or sit down so that the cystocele pops back in. These are so.good that I've ordered another pair. They prevent the cystocele from popping out, the firm support underneath, does this to a tee. I wear a pair of pants under them so I am not washing them every 5 minutes. They are absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!

It does actually work - it lifts!
I have a prolapsed uterus which actually protrudes quite a bit so my comments are based on what has helped with this, and these ‘Vulvar Varicosity Briefs’ really have helped.Basically, they are a firm stretchy fabric with a sewn-in, X-shaped reinforcement stretching between the legs with a very slightly thickened central section which stays fairly flat so that it lifts and levels the protrusion – and it really works!I’m 5’2” tall, 42” round the widest part of my hips and gambled on a medium which actually is a good fit on me. They have an adjustable drawstring at the waist which I didn’t even notice when I first wore them and think I’ll probably take out as not needed. When I put them on I pull them up above the curve of my hips (making them very slightly higher at the back/lower at the front). They stay there and are firm but perfectly comfortable, and I wear them over normal knickers so they don’t need to be washed every time. A side effect is that they give a slight degree of support to my stomach which has become increasingly saggy since turning 65.(I also tried a belt type support with a Y-shaped central section going between the legs. It was useless as the central section just molded itself around my protruding uterus and didn’t lift it at all. Also the actual belt was very bulky – although that might not have mattered if it had actually worked.)

Too shallow in the waist
I feel this product is trying to be too many things to too many people.I’m not keen on the drawstring waist, which is presumably aimed at women who are pregnant but is totally unnecessary, and a thorough nuisance, to women with a prolapse. I also find them at least five centimetres too shallow from crotch to waist. The result is that instead of resting comfortably at your natural waist, they sit uncomfortably on your hips where they feel like they’re always about to slip down. I now wear them with another pair of higher-waisted pants over the top.Give them a go because the strong band of elastic through the crotch definitely supports you if you have a prolapse, but I really wish the manufacturers would go for two separate designs, one for pregnancy and one for prolapse.

Strong but uncomfortable
Did provide support but unless you have really flat stomach not comfortable to wear.
