I ordered this and had a issue with first one where the locking nut seemed to weld itself in the locked position, which meant I couldn't remove the hedge trimmer attachment. I contacted the seller and they offered me to return it and get it refunded, which we did. Ordered a replacement which has been perfect, so I do believe that it was just a freak issue on that one item, as I've worked the replacement much harder and it's been perfect. The parts are easy to swap over for different jobs, and all of the parts do their job to perfection. I absolutely love the little chainsaw, which makes very light work of thicker branches and stumps. Some people may find it heavy, but when using the strap as support and positioning the handle cirrectly, the batteries mostly counter balance the offset weight. We have a large plot that we need to tame out of control thorn bushes and thick wild grass, and so far, this is really standing up to the test. The batteries last a perfectly reasonable length of time, and recharging is quick, so a good excuse to stop for a cuppa in between charges.In all, very happy with the product, and most of all, the customer service.

8hours use so far and I used all of the attachments I’m very impressed. Brambles weeds stinging nettles and lots of it. It’s built well and took lots of abuse but two battery to run it I bought two 6ah batteries. I got 1:40mins of use then two hour charge and the battery were hot so I waited 15-20mins before using.The arms are long making shears a little hard at times! But sharp and cuts thicker branches than I thought. Chain saw did well for size. Cut branches as thick as your arm! Just did it no problem.I’m very happy but the battery’s take so long to charge! Got more so no problem 😉I would recommend if your will to get a lot of battery’s and it’s heavy after few hours!

Overall a brilliant bit of kit BUT Einhell have missed a trick here and made a couple of very silly design faults'1- the need to have to use the first extension pole is terrible, if the tools just connected to the pole that is fixed to the handle it would have made this a true multi tool, its great if you only want to cut high up or at distance but as we know bushes etc have a face to cut as well as the top, so you have to stand about 6ft away to be able to cut the front, I know you can use a standard hedge trimmer but why when this kit is capable of doing it with better design, same goes for the pruner/chainsaw, if you just want to prune a low down shrub you've got to stand 6ft away and hope, every thing would be so much more controllable without the first extension pole.2- The sliding handle that you hold with your second hand is to close to the handle and is fixed to the pole that comes out of the handle, this should be able to place on what ever extension pole you want to get a much better balance of the tool, when you use all extensions the tool becomes very top heavy and the ability to move the sliding handle would greatly improve this.The tool overall is powerful and cuts with ease and apart from some silly mistakes would have earned this a 5 star rating.Back to the drawing board Einhell, version 2 would sell so much better

Totally recommend this, much better than the petrol kit I had previously.I'd advise getting another set of batteries if it takes more than 30 mins for your project. Or, have a few beers while charging the batteries.

Happy with this, have wanted one for ages, easy to use but very heavy. Well recommended and happy with all the different attachments. Wish I bought this earlier.
