great for finish coats on doors and trim
I used this spray tip FF LP 310 on the recommendation of a professional painter. I used it in with a Magnum X5 airless sprayer and Insl-X cabinet coat to repaint vintage double doors. It worked wonderfully and the finish coat came out like glass. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this spray tip for finish coats on wood doors and trim. Very manageable spray pattern and material application. thanks!

Works well with emerald polyurethane enamel
This tip is awesome for painting cabinets. Was using previously 312 tip. With only limited experience i wasn't fast enough and was having problems with drips. This 310 tip is absolutely perfect for me with that leave buttery smooth results. It's paired with a harbor freight avanti airless paint sprayer. Paint is sherwin williams emerald.

Great for cabinets
Got this tip to spray Sherwin Williams Emerald Trim and Cabinet urethane paint as well as their Pro Industrial urethane (which I guess is similar to Emerald?) and works great. The instructions of the Emerald paint says to use a 0.013 tip or higher, however I had no issues with this 0.010 tip combined with a Graco X5 airless sprayer. Turned the pressure dial about a quarter up from start position. I did have issues with spraying Extreme Bond primer, it kept clogging up. Not sure if it was user error or just that it's too thick (I'm new to spray painting). Managed to get the job done with frequent turning tip to unclog position but will never use it for that purpose again. Bought a 312 tip for that which I have yet to try but I'm sure it'll be just right. I recommend this for Emerald urethane paint.

Low overspray, easy to control, high quality tip.
This is an excellent spray tip for jobs that need a fine smooth finish. I use it mainly for spraying trim and sometimes cabinet doors. Most recently was used to spray a moderate sized bedroom wainscoting. Has very little overspray and uses low pressure (about 1,000 PSI) so it is very easy to control and sucks up paint slowly. I prefer to start at very low pressure and slowly increase it until the fingering on the spray disappears. You MUST filter your paint - I only spray latex and on my first attempt it kept getting clogged every 5 seconds...not used to this as my 515 will spray just about anything through it. I found the easiest way to fix this is put a screen over a 5 gallon bucket and dump all of your paint into it which will filter and box it at the same time. Then dump back into your gallon containers if you want and start spraying. Cleanup is quick too, scrub off the paint visible on the exterior, shoot some clean water thru and you’re done. Only works with the RAC X blue guards.

Amazing spray tip
The media could not be loaded. 310 tip creates a super fine 6 inch misty spray pattern. I used a Graco Project Painter Plus with blue RAC X guard (you will need it for this tip). I sprayed unthinned Benjamin Moore Advanced paint in semigloss. It is a great choice for cabinet doors to get a smooth finish. 3 out of 21 doors saw some minor orange peel but you really have to go looking for it. See all the images and videos.Reversible tip is so convenient if the tip gets clogged. Filter the paint prior to use as it will help with clogs. Cleaning is simple as well. If you want a fine finish, this tip will do it! I am not a pro by any means, but a person looking for a quality finishes (or at least as close as I can). For the BM Advanced paint, I sprayed 2 coats at about 84F with 23-33% humidity. Sprayed the first coat, waited 24 hours, and sprayed again (without sanding in between). Take a look at the attached images. The finish was amazing! When you run your fingers over the door, it feels smooth and silky (almost like glass!). This was what I was going for and this 310 tip helped me get there.

A must have for Cabinets
I used this tip to lay down some Milesi HKR 113 Poly. This tip provides a factory finish on the Maple Cabinet Door. I'm stunned at the quality of finish this tip and the Milesi provided and by no means am I a professional painter. The tip had minimum overspray. I used a Graco X5. There was no Orange Peel, absolutely nothing wrong what so ever. If your like me, you done a ton of research to ensure you get a perfect finish. You will also read on sites and other boards saying it cannot be done with a DIY Sprayer like the Graco X5. This is a bunch of bull. If using an Airless, start at a low pressure, test the spray pattern, increase pressure until tails are gone. You will also read you need a HVLP, again, wrong!!! The Graco X5, 310 FFLP Tip and the Milesi HKR113 will provide a beautiful factory finish. I thinned the Milesi 5KG Can with 6 OZ of water and it laid down like glass.
