Most importantly, they block out noise impressively well—I finally sleep through the night without being woken by the smallest sounds. I share a sleeping place with a loud snorer. These cut the noise and are comfortable throughout the night. Great for other scenarios too like concerts. Quite happy.

For me, these do not block out ALL noise at night. My husband runs a humidifier fan at night for white noise and these do not block that noise out. They seem to squish down when rolled between my fingers, but then don't expand enough. Disappointed and will try something else.

These ear plugs are amazing! They are very soft and comfortable. They do not hurt my ears at all. These are perfect to block out my husbands snoring at night—which means I can actually sleep! They go above and beyond at reducing noise.

Not 38db. I've had those and this is not it. These are far too soft and do not block out sound nearly as much as a true 38 would.

But as a woman, I think they fit my ears better than the other well-known brand. And the price is much better!
