Started to sleep at an incline on back and normal pillows would push head too far forward which created a kink in my neck at night, many times resulting in a headache or rolling in sleep to an uncomfortable position that would result in more kinks. Since getting this pillow I sleep stationary from start without rolling and my neck and head feel great in the morning. The thinness makes a big difference and the pillow itself, even though thin, offers a good amount of padding without having too much resistance/hardness.I've been sleeping on it for almost a year now and have had 0 problems with it having an impression or losing shape and support in some other way. It's like the day I got it, doesn't have any discoloration or anything. For the price it's a great pillow and would recommend at least trying it if you sleep at an incline at all because I've found it works much better with that than standard thickness pillows.

I got this for its shallow thickness. I sleep on my stomach, and with the attitude of my arms and head, this is perfect. I haven't noticed that one side is cooler than the other, as advertised, but that's not important to me. It allows me to awaken without a sore neck, and well rested.I recommend this for stomach or side sleepers. If I had two heads, I'd buy another one of these.

Guys!! I have been searching for my perfect pillow for years. I recently asked ChatGPT to recommend a somewhat flat pillow that is comfortable since I’m a side and stomach sleeper. This was one of the options, and i saw it had good reviews. I decided why not try it!I love the size, it’s not too big not too small. I was a little worried at first that it was going to be too firm, but after sleeping on it for a few weeks it softened up a tiny bit and now it’s PERFECT! I’m telling you this pillow has made a huge difference in my sleep quality.I’m not sure about the cooling aspect.. i wouldn’t say it cools me but it also doesn’t make me overheat, and I’m a hot sleeper.Very happy with my purchase and the search for the great pillow has officially ended! 🙏🏼

It’s very light, and the thickest option is still pretty thin. If you’re used to thicker pillows, like the average pillow, you might have an adjustment period like I did. It made my neck sore for about a week and a half, but it’s all good now. It’s got some decent cooling effect, too.

This pillow changed my life. I can't go back to any other pillow. Turns out all I needed to lose the kink in my neck and back was a super thin memory foam pillow. I tried a similar thickness of a regular foam pillow and it caused my back knot to come back, but going back to this pillow it went away after one night. If you have neck or upper back issues, you should give this a try.

This pillow is fantastic! Finally found the perfect pillow! Needed a thinner pillow and could only find thicker ones and went through about 4-5 pillows and then found this one! Was worried with it being foam because so many I’d bought were too firm and uncomfortable! This one is firm and soft, perfect mix!! Will definitely by again!! Neck has been way happier using this pillow!!

I love the packaging and the height of the pillow is perfect for me. It does not feel medium firm as stated in the description. It feels plush.The issue is the chemical smell that has not gone away after a couple of days and caused me respiratory issues. I do have asthma so it was more noticeable. I’d hate to find out down the line that the “safer” chemicals being used in the new memory foam pillows are not actually safe.

Unfortunately I have not fallen in love with this pillow, but I'm going keep giving it a try and hope that I adjust to liking it. That being said, the customer support I received from Bluewave was exceptional, and they certainly made me a fan of their company. I hope my wife and I can find an option from them that works for our sleep style.I recommend giving these pillows a shot!
