Q: I know I'm a size 43 in these shoes - would you recommend getting a 9 or 9.5?

Following a googled conversion chart - I'd go with a 9. My pair fit exactly as expected (I'm a 7 -> brought a 7 -> fit perfectly) and I can wear them with toe socks or without comfortably.A tighter fit is probably better for these shoes than a loose one as they are elasticated slip ons, so long as you don't have unusually long toes!

Q: I have 2 different sized feet. One being 9 and the other 10.5/11 so would I be able to get a pair with the required sizes?

Q: Can i use these trainers to learn to run on the forefoot on the pavement?

Not sure if that would work. There is not much toe protection as the material is very light and thin but also very grippy.
