Perfectly fits my pump. Love the ease of the swivel clip, which clips tightly onto clothing. Feels very secure, and durable.

I have a late model 780G and it will not fit into the case. Not even close. I really wanted it to as I need a case that can switch from vertical to horizontal on my belt. :(

Great lasts about a year w 24/7 WEAR.

EDIT: After I submitted my initial 2-star review due to breakage, the company contacted me with questions and offered me a free replacement for the defective product. The customer service was great, and I've got the new holder now. I am glad to report they stand behind their product and did everything to make things right. The media could not be loaded. After one my wonderful pump’s clip holder slits…? (if that’s what they’re even called) broke completely off, I originally opted for a type of sleeve that worked great and was comfortable to wear, however, the quality of the material was poor and it didn’t even last a year. I decided to get one of these (originally wanted a black one, but there’s a $10 difference, so I went with the cheaper option) and it’s actually a great product for $20. I’m actually able to wear it on my waistline of my bottoms, you don’t have to unclip it from the wait and to put in your bolus details, etc. I’m happy with it overall!

Buyer beware. I just received a new MiniMed780g. The pump will not slide into this holder. The pump is wider than the holder which is a shame. I really want to be able to rotate the pump on my belt.

Poor quality, spring is to hard to open an attachment to clothing. Spring should open easily with one hand I have to use two. Only lasted two months to expensive to replace every Two months.This is an update, this company is wonderful, they offered me a replacement and sent it in two days. Highly recommend doing business with them.Thank you for you kindness and understanding.
