I purchased the Labnox pH solution from Amazon, expecting a reliable and accurate product for my Demonstrations. Unfortunately, it was a disaster from start to finish.The solution seemed completely off—readings were inconsistent and wildly inaccurate compared to my previous trusted brand. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time as I tried to figure out if my aquarium's pH levels were actually safe.To make matters worse, the customer care experience was beyond disappointing. When I contacted Labnox to report the issue, the executive was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of offering a solution, they blamed me for "improper use," even though I followed the instructions perfectly. Their tone was condescending, and they refused to issue a replacement or refund.If you care about accuracy or decent customer service, steer clear of this product. It's not worth the frustration or the money.

It has 0.5 downwards reading if water is 7 ph it will show you 6.5.

The media could not be loaded. Worst product of all purchase for Amazon till now. Accuracy is disastrous. Quality is unreliable. Total waste of money.7 pH water tested in attached video with two different indicators. Shows results- Labnox colour was yellow stating pH is 7 but same water tested with Qualigens indicator it shows 7pH. Do not buy. You can go for Qualigens or Loba Chemie both are equally good.

Testing with pH meter and this solution, the accuracy is quite good.
