I had been using an F10 mask for years, with increasing discomfort and disconnection. Finally, when I went to replace it, I decided to convert to an F20, which turned out to be a great decision. This particular mask and headset fit much better than my old set, and I sleep much more comfortably. I thought the magnet attachment would be problematic, but it holds firm, even when I wrestle with my pillow for a comfortable shape. There's no elbow, but one was easily found on Amason.

When I realized the straps were just held on by magnets, I groaned. I thought there was no way it was going to hold and the manufacturer was just as delusional as other manufacturers who told themselves that masks didn't leak air. It must be a matter of physics because even though the magnets are not super strong, the straps say in place without issue. Also, I've never had a mask that leaked as seldom as this one.

The first thing I saw was the sweet little green card enclosed with the mask that had a message of hope and spreading love.... nothing to do with the products, everything to do with our world. The personal message made my day and the product made my night and every night since!!Best fitting mask I've used and super light, sturdy, and very easy to install and use.Best night of sleep in a long time.I was able to easily fit the mask and had the best seal of ANY masks I've used in the past.The material is super lightweight and didn't cause the regular crease-lines on my face in the morning!!!Thank you for this mask and accessories! This may work great for someone with pressures less than 10, but it does not work for pressures around 12. The inside of the rubber cushion at your cheeks is not strong enough to hold the higher pressures, and unfolds, which allows leaks. The cushion would unfold so much for me, that the edge was abrasive on my skin. I tried it for 3 nights, but could not get it to work. The last night I tightened the straps so tight, trying to stop the leaks, that my face looked like I had been in a bar fight the next morning. If someone uses lower pressures, the mask seems to be a great deal for the money. I wish it could have worked for me. I'll have to stick with my Resmed mask.

This is a defective product. The mask itself looks good but it won't hold on the cushion. That includes the cushion it comes with. The design prevents it from providing a solid seal causing air leak all around the connection between the cushion and harness. I haven't had a good night's sleep since I got it. I'm already having to replace it. Don't waste your time buying because it's jot worth a nickel much less the price listed.

Needed to replace my partners mask, as it broke, and I can NOT sleep when he snores 😩. He’s had a more restful sleep since. He said it was uncomfortable for a few nights while adjusting to the new head strap. 5 stars though because mama got some SLEEP. 🤣

Lesser quality & less expensive than Resmed OEM headgear. Leaks more than OEM. Fits ok but more air leak & noisy because of the leak.

Better than the original, was more comfortable and better fit.
