I purchased this cable after a disappointing experience with another brand and I am very pleased with it. It makes a solid connection on both ends, does not kink (probably because it is not a flat cable), appears to be robust and well made (I used it for a run through my attic). It even shows Cat 8 on the PVC sleeve.I am getting the maximum link speed (2.5 Gbps, in both directions) that my desktop supports, on a 60 ft run. Not bad.

Used for Apple TV and the length was just enough to hide and reach to the router box. Easy installation. Connects great with the Apple box. The black look hides well in the walls. The amount of length we get is great value. I have to say it’s durable so I doubt any think can damage it

This is a nice addition for working from home. The color goes well with the other cords in the house and the signal quality was still good. I like the extended length because it could reach for my router to where I had my computer at that time. I think it’s a great value for the money.

I needed a very long Ethernet cable for my WFH computer. My company requires our computers be connected to internet via Ethernet cable. No Wi-Fi allowed. I didn’t want to have my ISP come out and charge me to drill around in order to move my router & modem into the room with my home office.. I also didn’t have time to wait for them to schedule a time and day to come out as I needed Ethernet access for my job asap. So I purchased this cat 8 cord in the 50ft length. I did not want a long cord trailing thru the house though so my husband drilled a hole in the ceiling right above the place where our modem and router is set up. We ran the cord into the hole and he got into the attic and pulled it in and ran it thru the ceiling into the room where my home office is located. We plugged one end into the router and plugged the other end into my work computer and it works perfectly. It’s thick and very well made. The ends are gold tipped. There is a tab to protect the clip part of the Ethernet cable so it doesn’t get snagged on something and breaks which was helpful for us since we had to run it thru the ceiling and all the drywall while tugging and pulling on it. I run my work computer thru a vpn which bogs down my internet speeds badly and this cable keeps my speeding running as high as possible. I’ve been using it for weeks with no issues at all.
