Great quality, very well made and powder coated. Made the gate square and accurate. Good directions and simple to assemble.

This is a great idea as it makes the manufacture of a wooden gate so much easier. Components are very well made. My only issue was with the screws used for attaching the gate latch. The metal is too soft and the heads strip easily. Either drill a long pilot hole first or use better quality screws. There are several negative reviews indicating a problem with gate sagging. The following is very important. When the gate is installed over the pins the hinge portion attached to the gate needs to be completely seated on the base area of each pin (see photo). If this not the case the whole weight of the gate will be supported by just one hinge which may result in hinge damage/breakage. If need be a washer or two can be slid over the pin to take up the extra space. Also, the lower hinge should be plumb with the upper hinge to help avoid any excessive hinge wear. So far I'm very satisfied with this product.

I am replacing a fence and ordered the kit for a pair of gates. The hardware seems solid with some slight rubbing of the paint due to shipping. I chose to use a different latch than the one provided and added a pair of drop pin latches so they do not blow open. You will need at least one for a double gate and none are provided. To get the wood to fit flush I had to carve bevels in the wood to clear the welds and rounded corners. I also choose cast metal "windows" to add some interest. I liked it well enough to buy a third for the gate on the other side of the fence.

I built a second one after the first turned out so well. I was afraid the quality would be poor due to the price but it’s very sturdy. The build was easy too and doesn’t take much know-how. I coupled this set with a support wheel. They’re ped gates so coupled with the wheel should make the gate last a long time.

I got this here in Hawaii and checked out the weilding job on these. I thought maybe I can just drill some new holes but should not have to try and fix junk.So sent the product back. The company said I did not send it back and I returned the POS product in the original box..... 2 units taped togetherAnd now I was charged for the units I do not have.So take it from this is Cheap Chinese crap. Don't buy. You will get screwed over.Would not last a week.. in my case I looked at product and boxed it back up, sent it back and still got charged.If you buy this you will not be happy past a week.

Well designed and sturdy. The instructions were easy to follow with minimal tools. It requires careful measuring and some pre planning, however it was basically easy to do. Good Luck.I’m proud of the new gate I made.
