My chihuahua is a very picky eater. The older she is getting the more fussy she is becoming. She usually refuses to eat and starve till she gets what she likes. Also r3cently she is having digestive issues. Being 12 years old and surviving 4 times tickfever and kidney faliure makes her special. Anyway I was surprised to see as soon I gave her this food she liked the bowel clean. Even of I give her other foods I have to mix a little of this now in her food. I am very happy to see this that we have found something she really like. Also I see her digestive system is taking this very nicely. She had some pinkish skin arround her mouth. I guess due to acidity but now It is much less within a few days. So it made me still suspicious why she is hooked so easily on this. You can think of me what you want but I tried the food myself. After all it is supposed to be human grade right? My first experience was it realy taste good. My second thought was it is a bit too much salt thou. Yes is has more salt than other dog food so dogs with kidney issues should be careful with it. This could be a reason why dogs get hooked so much in this. But is is not a very big deal. The food tastes of liver and other ingredients inside just like human food. It has a taste. That makes it good.And you really need to reduce the quantity cause it makes them put on weight easily.My equation is we will saty with this as long as she like s to eat it. It would be good if the salt could be reduced a bit. Salt is needed but much less than for humans.Tumbs up and I hope the quality stay up like this.

My baby just loved it.he is one years old and he was having royal canine Bedfore but he stopped eating royal canine. Then I saw reviews for Henlo this is my second purchase though but my baby boy is loving it... Thank for the ball you sent for him as a gift it's his favourite ball these days.I am writing this review bcos it's his birthday today and I saw him stealing food... otherwise feeding him was a challenge for me....

I got it for my puppy and he loved it.

Let me get to points on why I have rated HENLO puppy food 1 star.1. The kibbles are too big for a puppy (especially 3-6 months).2. It does not get digested even in the 6 hours of the time a puppy takes to digest the proteins.3. My puppy threw up the Henlo in 5 hours and the vet form supertails asked me to immediately stop Henlo. Point to notice here is that super tails recommends the gms of this food to give your pup based on the wt.4. The kibbles are too hard and I'm not sure if the the same is slow baked to make the chicken so hard and dry unless and until it has carbs that is not right for a puppy as the same is not easily digested.5. No published data available in what they claim in videos and product description. I emailed twice for them to share the data every food company is supposed to make public and the certifications they have got, including the claimed nutritional values, and they everted only after weeks post an honest review was made.6. Henlo's 1800 number is not reachable so point 5 and 6 indicates, they do not have anyone to answer customer queries.7. I noticed my pup's growth slowed. She is 4 months now and we know that this is the peak of growth.8. This dry food is not at all suitable even for adults dogs especially with intolerant stomachs like GSDs as it is slow to digest meaning takes more than the 6 hours of protein digest time taken and can develop gastro problems. For a puppy who is fed 3-4 times a day this is a big no no.9. Why must you not give the names of the chef/vet/dietician who created this food. Point is there is no information that verifies claims made for this puppy food.10. Being a pet parent who is concerned on the good health and longevity of my pet, I am not moving ahead with Henlo in the near future.11. LATER Henlo resolved the issue, showing they do care for the pets and pet parents and hope there are improvements made for sensitive puppy stomachs and trail data is published. Wish them best in the near future!

Firstly, it smells really( I'm a vegetarian) has real veggie chunks in it and my dog who is fussy eater and hates kibbles, loves this so much. She eats like,she is eating her treats. Really well made and deserves more than 5 stars. A little on the expensive side. But worth it if my dog is happy to eat and stays healthy. And thank you for the complimentary bowl 🙏

After a long time , we got something like Henlo which is always liked by our dog without fail. Also there was a surprise delivery after few weeks of our order- they sent playing balls for our dog which was really touching

Tried the 100gm packs initially to check if our pup likes. She's a picky eater. Queen of picky eaters actually. She liked the trial packs. Licked the bowl clean. But..when we switched to the 1kg pack, firstly the package was torn, came with a hike at the bottom and many kibble pieces lying around in the carton. Fine. But then she didn't quite eat it as enthusiastically as she ate the smaller packs. Fine. She still continued somehow. And we bought another 1kg pack next month. Package wasn't torn this time. Good. And her eating was like with the first large pack. Still we managed to make her eat. Had to throw away many times too. But... We agn bought smaller pack. Wanted to switch to some other dry food but couldn't trust them with the ingredients. Even Royal Canin. Wish they too had smaller trial packs. So going to buy this large pack again. But...if we get another option to switch to, would like to get that. Won't completely ditch this. But just for change. And yes... Biggest reason to switch to another brand would be Henlo increasing the price like anything. Literally anything. Just two 1kg packs bought so far (730+- 760+-) and the current price as on Oct.1st is 800+ ...840 something... Now I'm definitely going to change my mind if that's what their strategy is for regular customers. Best strategy for losing customers to be honest.
