This product was life changing for me! I started taking it after giving birth to my son. I was loosing chunks of my hair. It really is worth the investment. It took about 3-4 months of consistency to see the results. If you are patient you will see the difference. They are easy to swallow and don’t taste like anything.

I'm 64 and have waist length hair. It was starting to thin and I was seeing way too much hair falling all over the house and in my brush morning and night. I read about all the big name hair vitamins and chose this based on cost and reviews. The only real "downside" I read was it takes 3 months to notice a difference. I'd say it takes 2 months to notice not as much hair loss. At 3 months this week I am very happy to notice my ponytail is thicker at the base so quite a bit of hair has started growing back in. I have tons of 1" whispies along my hair line. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.

This product was recommended by a friend who really raved about the results she had gotten. That she had taken them for only a little over a month I was a bit doubtful that a product could actually work that fast, but decided to give them a try. I was amazed!There was NO taste at all. Noticed much less hair loss after shampooing, and much less in my brush after just a couple of weeks! It really is a remarkable product and I’m on my 3rd bottle. The pills are light, airy and easy to swallow Great price also…I love this product!I have no plans to stop taking them and would recommend to anyone! That they are made by a very reputable company is another plus!

Giving 3 stars for now. I have been taking this for 4 weeks now and don't notice a difference at all. I will order 4 more weeks worth and see if that makes a difference. Will come back and update after the next 4 weeks.

I have been using this for 6 months now. It takes time but be patient you will see a difference. You lose everything it seems when you start aging. Wished I started on this years ago.My doctor approved it for me.

I used these for over a year and keeps my hair healthy and seems to retain its color better. I don’t notice a taste or a bad smell.

After using the whole bottle, I saw significant improvement in my nails. Hoping to see some results in my hair with continued use.
