Soon enough, my business grew and was doing really well. However, I know it could do a lot more, be more than this. As an entrepreneur, we have big dreams.. So I searched and consulted some peers on how I could make it better. This is where I came upon the idea of LLC and S-Corp structures. I was intrigued. I wanted to know more, so I bought this book to help me out with the basics.Before reading this book, of course, I tried searching LLC and S-Corp online. But, I honestly got even more confused. I found myself having more questions than answers. So, when this book arrived, I read it immediately... and wow! I was very impressed. The author did an excellent job of simplifying the complexities of LLC and S-Corp. It included step-by-step sections on how to register, start, and manage these business structures. I also appreciate how this book is updated as sometimes law can change. I double-checked it online and it was credible! Moreover, I was surprised to see that this book also has some useful information on how to maintain your business, whether it's an LLC or an S-Corp. These tax optimization tips and accounting strategies will tremendously help me once I finally transition into my business.Aside from the amazing content, this book also has some additional learning materials like a checklist and 5 eBooks. Though, my favorite one of all would be the audiobook version. The voice narration was clear and understandable. Even though I listen in between shifts, I can still follow through. If there's one thing I can comment on it is that I think it would be better if there were some visual illustrations inside the book to make it more engaging to read. But, overall, I had a great experience. I highly recommend this book to all beginners out there. Wish all of you the best of luck in your business ventures!

When I finally had the reigns on our family business, everything was smooth and sailing. However, I really think it has a lot of potential to be more. Then, a friend enticed me about LLCs and S-Corps. That same friend recommended me this book. I was blown away after reading it! I was mostly interested in S-Corp, but now I see how LLC could benefit my business too. I appreciate the section regarding the pros and cons of LLC structures, it helped me gain a realistic perspective. The 25-point checklist at the end of the book was a pleasant surprise. The book really wants to ensure I do everything written inside. Even though I finished reading the book, I still want to consult with a legal expert with regard to this. However, this book definitely made a huge impact on making me realize my business' worth.

Lastly, the book mentioned the common mistakes to avoid in managing a business so you don't accidentally dig your own grave and fall into it. Building a business from scratch is such a pain but with a guide like this, it made it simple but of course, not easy. Anyhow, the book gives you actionable advice and real-world scenarios which gives me confidence in applying them to my business. Don't just read this for only one time! Keep on reading this book to get guidance every step of the way.

After reading this book or making over 80K you will understand being taxed twice. Not fun but good to know.

I thought I was being too ambitious when I planned on going straight for an LLC business right away. My friends told me, so. But, I'm glad I found this book. It's not as impossible as I think it would be. This book broke down all the nitty gritty details, especially on the legal side, of forming an LLC and S-Corp. These types of business structures are tricky, but the author explained everything in a way total beginners like me would understand. From conception up to how to maintain your business, this book covers it all. For a beginner book, it offers so much more than beginner information.
