Surprisingly, this item arrived the next morning by 9 a.m.! No special shipping instructions. That impressed me. The cable was exactly as described: new, real Samsung, and value for money. Please note, it was NOT 8 feet long, just 3. This is day 2, and it works like a charm. Highly recommended-- product and seller get 5 stars. Will buy from seller again.

Doesn't work Don't waste your time
I bought it and tried charging my phone immediately and it didn't, then I tried using a different wall plug, a different outlet, and a different device. Nothing worked, the charger is definitely the problem and if you look at other reviews it seems to be a consistent problem. I understand the convenience of buying things from amazon, but this is not even worth the risk of getting a defective product and then having to ship it back to get a refund just make your life easier go to a store .
