No issues with phone. It works fast and smoothly. Great value on a renewed phone that's only a couple of years old. I received phone in a quick manner in a well packed and wrapped package. I would recommend the seller and product.

I purchased this Galaxy S23 Ultra because the listing clearly stated it was Factory Unlocked. That was the main reason I chose this seller.After receiving the device, I inserted my T-Mobile SIM — only to discover the phone was still locked to AT&T. I contacted AT&T directly and confirmed that the device was under an active installment plan, which made it ineligible for unlocking. That’s not factory unlocked — that’s misleading.The seller (Big Box LLC) first sent me an incorrect unlock code (they later admitted it was missing a zero), and after multiple failed attempts, the phone became MCK locked — a deeper level of lockout that only Samsung or AT&T can resolve. I’ve now spent over a week trying to get this resolved, and the phone is still unusable.What’s worse, the seller’s communication felt cold, robotic, and evasive. Apologies were generic, and they never actually took responsibility for selling a financially encumbered device. Instead of helping proactively, I was left to troubleshoot a phone I paid hundreds of dollars for — being told to “wait” while they request the MCK code.Bottom line:This phone was not unlocked as advertised.It was still tied to an unpaid AT&T plan.The seller was unapologetic and unhelpful.I'm now stuck with a bricked device while waiting for a fix that should never have been necessary.Please be cautious. I wish I had known what I was getting into.

This is Amazon's definition of Excellent:*Screen: When present, no scratches.*Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away.The screen has a visible scratch, and the top and bottom of the phone has some discoloring. The photo is of a new phone, and did not show the item I recieved.

Got exactly what I expected. Perfect condition besides minor cosmetic scratches on the sides that are hidden completely by using a case.
