Wow! These are just what I needed to trim my toes. I have a terrible fungus infection that has made some of my toenails up to 8 mm thick. Until now, I could not find toenail clipper with a jaw wide enough to trim them. I had resorted to filing them down with shop tools.As soon as I opened the package I found that these would open wide enough to trim my toenails. Within seconds I got the worst of my toenails trimmed trimmed. I was amazed and thrilled. Wow and Wow again.That said, the included file is worthless for me. It came covered with a plastic coating I had to scrape off with my fingernail. After a few minutes of that, I still had not removed all the plastic. Furthermore the file surface is recessed, so it can't be used to file a toenail properly. Add to that, it is neither large enough or rough enough to do much good.In the purchase process, I put no value on the file and received none. That doesn't diminish the value of the clippers, which are outstanding. If the file was not included, I would have been just as satisified with my purchase as I am now. I wish it wasn't included, because I wouldn't have had to tarnish this review with its poor quality.The clippers deserve 5 stars, and that is what I am giving them.

FINALLY someone made so sharp clippers. I've bought clippers for years, none of which has actually had a sharp cutting surface. Previous clippers seem to break as opposed to cutting the nails. These however you have to learn how to use them... they are so sharp you could easily cut your finger! But I love them, they do a great job and NO BURRS.

Nice and sharp. Easy to use. Thought the handles would be a bit longer. Easier to use than standard clippers.

Clippers work as advertised. They are very sharp and cut cleanly. It is possible to shove the clipper too far under the nail so watch out.

There aren’t many things that you need one of in your life—nail clippers are one of those things. If you buy these, I don’t think you will ever need to buy another pair again in your life unless you somehow loose them. I bought the silver color and they look very nice. They are incredibly sturdy—I don’t see these ever breaking, even with the toughest use. They had no issues cutting through my nails with gel overlay. Both the toenail and fingernail clippers are large. The file is just a bonus, but it is very high quality. It was nice that it came with a case to keep them all together. I am happy that I spent the extra few dollars to get this set, I know that I will never need to buy another pair of nail clippers again in my life!

These are sharp and I like the angled handles of the larger clipper since I have arthritis in my thumbs. However, the actual blades are way too thick to get under any nails, about 1/4" thick. They are difficult to use, even on the big toe. At least the smaller clipper is very sharp and easier to use than store bought versions. I will just use that one.

3 items came packed in a small metal can for convenience of storage. Wider opening at cutting edges accommodates ease of trimming. Very happy with this purchase.

Works well with thick nails so far it has been durable and craftsman quality looks great. Nail file is mighty tiny and virtually useless a board file would have been better. The travel case is nice, it just rattles a lot in the metal travel case.
