Heavy weight, quick heating and smooth handle

I ordered this iron box, but unfortunately, it did not turn on at all. I tried multiple power outlets, but it remained completely unresponsive. I had to return it. Disappointed with the quality check. Hoping others have better luck, but this was not a good experience for me.
