Comfortable Design and safe easy of use

I bought this nebulizer on 26th Feb 2024. I worked fine for initial few days. I needed it again in July 2024. It was not even turning on. I tried to contact the customer care as it promised 2 years warranty. After several attempts for many days, one day support person picked my phone and asked me to put the evidences on their WhatsApp number. I provided invoice + product (not working) video to them. Since then a month has passed, but there is no reply, no update. I am not sure how else can I approach them. It is just a scam to attract customer by showing warranty of 2 years, but not to give any sort of support at all.
