That breaks down to 207mg of actual magnesium, which is only 49% of the recommended daily allowance. This is a much larger dose than I'm used to, so I've been taking a single pill. No noticeable issues, but also doesn't seem any better than the others. I'm not sure I'll continue to use this because of this.
