Great Compact UPS with Replaceable Battery – Perfect for Modem/Router Backup
This little UPS is exactly what I needed! The compact size makes it perfect for tight spaces. One of the biggest selling points for me was that the battery is replaceable, which extends the life of the unit and makes it more cost-effective in the long run.Set your expectations accordingly since it’s a 425VA UPS, so I doubt it would keep a desktop computer running for long. But for my needs — it keeps my Wi-Fi router and modem powered during outages and it works great. I’ve already used it during a power outage and had uninterrupted internet the whole time.A couple of things to note:- Only 5 of the 7 outlets have battery backup; the other 2 are surge protection only.- The replacement battery (RT1250B — not the A version) is a bit tricky to find and is pricer than one would think but it’s still cheaper than buying a whole new unit.If you need a small, reliable UPS for lightweight electronics like WiFi router or modem or security cameras, I highly recommend this one.

Affordable UPS for the home office. Does what it should, we're happy with it so far
Gave it a full charge out of the box before installing, but no power outages in the week since getting it...so we tripped the breaker to test it, worked as advertised. The goal for having it is to keep the HO computer working through glitches and short outages, buying time to save work in progress and shut down safely. This UPS appears to accomplish the task, and at a flash sale price that made it a very affordable choice. If it does not live up to expectations, I'll post an update.

If you're not tech-savvy, this is a great Battery Backup
I bought this UPS to keep my home TV and router powered during outages, and overall, it's been solid. It keeps my fiber modem running for over two hours, which is clutch when the power cuts out. The design is sleek and doesn’t take up much space—definitely a plus. For the price, it's a decent value. That said, the battery life and quality are hit-or-miss. Some users (me included) say it holds power well, but others have had it die even after a full 12-hour charge. Build quality seems decent, but again, some folks got lemons and reported defects out of the box.The instructions are barebones—if you're not tech-savvy, you might scratch your head a bit. Also, be aware the fan can get noisy when it's running on battery power. Not a dealbreaker, but something to note if you're using it in a quiet room.

Multiple units with battery dead on arrival
I was excited about this product because it was similar in price to the basic APC backup, but included surge protection for my ethernet. Well, I went through 2 rounds of returns and never got one that worked. So there's your explanation for the reasonable price, i guess.I got this UPC and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. So I returned it for a replacement unit, and that one's battery wouldn't charge either. At that point, I'm out. I'll buy the APC brand—I know there's a much higher chance that those will arrive in working order.I suspect the issue is that these units come with the battery already connected. Other UPC's I've owned don't do that, to avoid batteries losing too much charge in the warehouse. Because once a lithium battery gets below a certain charge, you can't recharge it—at least not easily. Ridiculous, easily avoidable production flaw.

Great for your modems and routers
This product is the best thing to get for your little routers and modems. It's quiet, functional, mostly small and able to protect your routers and modems from power surges that will temporarily disconnect it. No more rebooting routers with this tool on every power surge

Good compact UPS, incomplete instructions.
The item looks well designed and made. Installed a few days ago and have not experienced a blackout yet. When first installed after charging the battery for several days, there was no power on the battery backup outlets. I sent an email to the manufacturer and they informed me that one must hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on. Once the power is on and the green LED is visible, there was power to all outlets. The instructions have no mention of the 3 seconds, so I recommended they update the instructions. Regarding the battery, it is very easy to replace but beware that the size is not very common, in particular the width. Most available batteries recommended for replacement are 2.5 inches wide, which will not fit in the 2-inch cavity of the UPS. After much searching with the help from other reviewers I was able to find it.
