I waited a month before making this review just to make sure I loved them, and these have totally changed my life and wanted to give my honest review.I have worn ear plugs to sleep for as long as I can remember. I get over stimulated very easily with sounds and the way ear plugs feel in my ears.I’ve always used foam ear plugs- ripping the foam out in certain areas so they fit more comfortably and customized in my ears canals. And still, I wake up with my ears throbbing or eventually rubbed raw because they were too tight.When I decided to look up ear plugs- I was not expecting to find something like these. I didn’t know reusable ear plugs even existed. AND these are customizable with the different sizes? I was sold immediately, but still nervous to try something new.I small size was too small for my ear canals, so I went with medium the first night I worse these. From the first night wearing these my sleeping has changed tremendously. The stress of trying to perfectly position ear plugs in my ears is forever gone. These truly fit like a glove and my ears have not ached ONCE. No annoying sound get through these (I.e fan ticking, drying running, dog licking, my husband snacking, etc.), I can’t even hear the lawn guys mowing outside my window anymore!!I was nervous that the ring would be an issue and I could feel it sitting in my ear, but that has not been an issue. It fits so perfectly I don’t even realize I am wearing them. They do not fall out and I don’t have to reposition them at all. Easy to clean and seem WAY more sanitary than the foam ear plugs.I will say, you should clean your ears before you use them, especially after a shower just so you don’t trap water in your ears.These would also work amazing for someone who gets overstimulated with loud sounds or sounds in general- I can wear these when working or focusing on tasks during the day and still hear the world but it isn’t so overwhelming.I absolutely recommend these. If you’re on the fence or nervous to switch things up and try something new, I promise you won’t be disappointed. They have truly changed my life for the better. Sleep is so important and now I sleep like a baby all night long. Whoever made these, I just want to give you a hug!! Thank you x1000!

When these first came, I tried them with the size they already had on (Medium) and I liked the fit so I left them on. The first night they fell out, but I didn’t have them in right. I watched a few short videos and figured out what I was doing wrong and then my life changed. No longer being woken up at all hours of the night by traffic outside, the baby next door, or my cat meowing early in the morning for breakfast has improved my sleep quality so much. My job is incredibly fast paced so getting good sleep is a must and I felt like I was starting to struggle with sleep because I was waking up to every little noise and then I’d struggle in a weird state of awake/dozing until my alarm went off and I’d feel even worse. Now I don’t hear those noises and I sleep through the night. They fit so comfortably in my ears and I am a side sleeper! I toss and turn most of the night and these stay in place! I love that they don’t poke me and I don’t feel any pressure. I will be getting everyone I know a pair of these in their stockings. I can’t recommend them enough. Make sure the fit is right and you’re putting them in your ear correctly and see how much of a difference the noise reduction is. In the mornings I just gently turn them in my ear and they come out of my ears without any issue. There is a tiny “pop” from them being snug in my ear. Will definitely be buying a different pair for use during the day or attending concerts. So happy I got these and so happy they are re-usable so I just have to keep them clean. The little carry case is super cute too. They are super small though so I have a dedicated spot for them to make sure they don’t get lost. Best $20 I ever spent.

I feel like there’s point in reviewing since there are already so many reviews. But, here goes.I got these to help reduce noise made by my children (5 and under) in the house and car. As I’ve aged (42) I have become increasingly irritated by loud noises, high pitches, and dramatically loud cry/whining noises. Like to the point of instant rage. I decided to get these. I mean, they aren’t really necessary. They don’t do anything a standards of ear plugs don’t do. They aren’t magic. They’re ear plugs. In the shape of headphone buds. I wear earplugs to sleep after having an ex bf who snores for four years 20 years ago and I never got over it. I find the ear plugs do exactly the same thing and more comfortably. These itched me, I felt myself messing w them a lot. I also did not like the new loud noise I had to contend with was my own stupid voice. Ear plugs do not amplify my own voice as intensely as these do. I didn’t even want to talk. I wore them around the house during a routine chaotic 3-kid breakfast, and in a ride to activities. Sure they work. They plug your ears up. It’s not rocket science. But I didn’t like them. I felt plugged up. And like they were suctioning my ears. Dramatic maybe. But I prefer earplugs I think. Definitely not necessary to be nearly $30. At all

I was struggling to fall asleep, so I was taking melatonin but it didn’t seem to help. I’m really sensitive to light when it comes to sleeping and like it pitch dark, I don’t even wanna see the light on the smoke detector. I figured these wouldn’t hurt to try. Maybe I was having a hard time falling asleep because of sounds, and then staying asleep during the night. While there are also many other factors, since using these earplugs, I’ve fallen asleep within minutes, stayed asleep through the whole night and have longer deeper sleep. I wouldn’t say these fall out in the night but I have a tendency to take them out and then I have to search for them in the morning. I think they are comfortable and block out a good chunk of noise!
