Great flavor. That is the most important thing. My only problem is the jar just wasn't big enough! So I will definitely by more.Years ago, I noticed that this brand was served in many Asian restaurants in Philadelphia. I tried it, and was amazed. Spicy, but not too spicy, at least not for my taste. A relatively long shelf life. And you need not confine it to purely Asian dishes. I have never tried cooking with it, but it enhances the flavor of many cooked foods. It is as essential as soy sauce, fish sauce, or oyster sauce.

For me, a must have on the shelf. I use it often in a variety of sauces and dishes. Not just on its own, mixes wwell with other ingredients. Not overly salty and not excessively hot. Good flavor. I wish I could order it in a larger jar.

Love this chili paste! Been using for a long time. Enjoy the flavors. Not too hot. Does not need refrigeration. Comes in a hard, plastic container and vacuum sealed. I add to mayo. Add to sandwiches and any place you want to add heat and flavor.

Adds a nice kick, or a lot of kick, to whatever I'm cooking! Great taste, nice heat, easy to use, and very versatile. You control the heat by how much you add. I have not had any issues with leakage - that is a NOT a challenge, Lord! I really don't see how there could be an issue with breakage since it is in a plastic bottle. I am a happy camper!
