If there was negative stars I could have given that.My old mixer also was Philips, I used it for 12yrs with some minor repairs and jar replacement. I trusted the brand very much and didn't even think twice to order another mixer from Philips. But I regret my decision..I couldn't even believe such a bad product from Philips and searched what happened to the company. I can see that Philips domestic appliances was acquired by another company in 2021 and then renamed to Versuni India Home Solutions. I am not sure whether the quality degrade happened after this.Pros: NONE.Cons1. The jar lid won't hold up. You have to hold the lids very tightly, else you will get free painting on your walls2. You won't be able to hold the lids because you have to close your ears with your hand due to the noise level.3. Even if you keep some cotton in your ears and hold the lids, it may break up due to the poor quality of plastic used.
